AVON SALES LEADERSHIP
For those who wish to progress beyond the stage of being an Avon Representatives and build a business of their own, AVON provides the ideal opportunity in Sales Leadership.
As an AVON Sales Leader you continue in your role as a
representative but you can begin to build your own team of
representatives as well. With the support and training from the AVON Sales Leader
who appointed you and further training sessions frequently arranged by
AVON, you would build your own team and receive further commission from
AVON.
As time goes by some of your Avon Representatives will also be
interested in team building so once you have two qualifying Sales
Leaders in your team then your status would change to that of Advanced
Sales Leader attracting a higher commission from AVON.
As set targets are reached and your team grows in size there is the
chance to progress to Executive Sales Leader or even Senior Executive
Sales Leader. At this level you will have made a career out of your AVON
business and financial rewards can be considerable.
Along the way AVON place further incentives, bonuses and rewards making AVON Sales Leadership an exciting way of building your very own business.
How much can I expect to earn as a Sales Leader?
Your rewards will depend on your efforts, but profits of £500 every 3
week campaign are commonplace, £1000 a campaign frequent, £2000 a
campaign attainable by anybody and £5000+ per campaign if you're really
committed.
What support can I expect to get as a Sales Leader?
You will get all the help and support you need. You will be joining one
of the most dynamic and ambitious groups in Avon. You will have the
option of attending training meetings and company conferences around the
country and of course, you can keep in contact with your sponsor as
regularly as you need, either by visits and/or phone calls. You will
also receive a In-sight booklet letting you know what's happening in the
company and what some people have achieved in each quarter.
I think I'm too busy to do Avon!
One of the best things about Avon is that you can work it around current
commitments such as work or family, and there is no pressure on you to
do more than you have time to do. Even if you only have a spare 6-8
hours a week, you can slowly start to build your business and then when
you have more time, you can get more serious about it.
If it's so good, why isn't everyone doing it?
The vast majority of people are not even aware of the Avon Opportunity.
Those that don't know about the power of Network Marketing do not see
the potential of it or are just not ready to take a step away from
traditional employment, the ones that do know even a little about it
will be able to see the massive potential especially when a company as
big as Avon gets involved in it.
The fact is that everyone who works the system properly and stays with
it will succeed but even the majority of those that join the business
don't have the necessary self-discipline and motivation to take the
action that is required for significant success. Networking takes effort
and time and it is your uplines aim to try and help you see the
potential of this exciting opportunity and to give you all the necessary
support and help to achieve whatever you want from the business.
Why have Avon succeeded where so many have failed?
Because Avon actually move a lot of products to the public, not just to
Representatives. We have no 'upfront' purchase requirements so there is
no stock to hold. Without exception, everyone who works the business
properly, makes money. Also we do not have a 'few at the top' who make
all the money. With Avon, the money is spread more evenly thus
maintaining the opportunity for new Avon Sales Leaders and Reps who really do get into profit almost straight away.
