Become an Avon Representative

Congratulations you have taken your first step to becoming an Avon Representative. In no time at all you could be earning extra money by selling Avon products to your network of friends and family.
To be paid for something you enjoy, it's got to be a winner.

How does it work?

There are 18 campaigns in the year. That means you are giving out a new Avon book approximately every 3 weeks. You collect your orders in from your customers which you then submit to Avon on your computer. An Avon courier delivers the products to you which you then give to your customers. You collect the money from your customers and then you settle your Avon bill. Nice and straightforward.

How much do I earn?

Avon representative earnings can vary greatly and earnings are made on a commission only basis. To earn commission you must place an order of £80 or more. Orders over this amount will give you 20% commission. If your order is over £150 your commission rises to 25%. So let's say, for example, that your orders add up to £200. £50 of that will be yours. You would be billed for £150 of products and you would keep the rest. It's as simple as that.

Does it cost me anything to join?

There is a £15 start up fee which is divided into two payments of £7.50. These would be added to your first 2 invoices meaning that there is nothing up front to pay. Unlike some companies Avon gives you the opportunity to start up your own business for a minimal amount allowing you to earn money from the very beginning.

Where do I get the Avon books?

As an Avon Sales Leader I would provide you with your books for the first two campaigns. After that, you would order them yourself when you submit your Avon order. There is a small charge for books and the price depends on how many you need.

Can I give books to anyone I want?

You can give books to all your friends/family and work colleagues. You can also request to be allocated some territory. That means you would be given a number of streets in your area where you would be the official Avon Representative, which helps build your customer base, therefore giving you the opportunity to earn more commission

What is an Avon Sales Leader?

A Sales Leader is the next step up from being an Avon Representative for those who want to grow and develop their Avon business. As an Avon Sales Leader you can build your own team of representatives and receive commission from Avon on the performance of your team. The more successful your team is, the more successful you become. With Avon Sales Leadership there is no glass ceiling so the sky is your limit!
