You are likely to have many questions about being an AVON
representative or Sales Leader. I have answered the most common
questions here and would be delighted to answer any other questions you
may have. Simply call or email me at the details above.
Will it cost me anything to join AVON?
There is no initial outlay however a £7.50 administration fee will be taken from the earnings of your 1st and 2nd orders only.
What if I want to quit?
Its a simple process, you just need to get in touch with your sales leader to inform them of you change in circumstances.
How much will I earn?
Commission earnings range from 20% to 25% of all your customers
orders. The higher your total order value the higher your earnings
will be.
How am I paid?
Once your order is delivered to your home you simply start
delivering to your customers. Your pay is the money left over after
you have collected money from your customers and paid AVON.
How and when do I pay for my order?
You have several options to pay. AVON will send you an invoice
with a Giro slip at the bottom that you take with you to pay with cash
at a local Post Office or Bank. Alternatives include pay online when you
place your next order or simply call AVON and pay over the phone.
Do I have to cover an area?
Not if you dont want to. We can recruit you as a Friends &
family (networking) representative. We do have areas available for
those that would like to expand their customer lists.
What kind of help will I get?
You will recieve as much help and guidance as you need. Your Sales Leader and I are readily available by phone or email.
Can I miss a campaign?
While it is possible to miss a campaign it is generally better
to put in an order each time, however small. As you are running your own
account all you need to do is inform your Sales Leader.
How often do I have to place an order?
Orders are placed every three weeks to coincide with each new
brochure. You will be given a specific date that your order needs to be
placed by and when your order will be delivered.
Do I pay for deliveries or returns?
No. Provided your order is placed on time they will be
delivered to your preferred location FREE of charge. You give your
returns to the delivery driver to take back to AVON.
Can I return a used AVON product?
Yes. There has always been a a 100% 90 day money back
guarantee for you and your customers. If a customer whats to return a
product for any reason you simply take the product back, return them
their money. You can remove this cost off from the money you owe AVON
and return the product with your next delivery.
Do I need to drive?
There is no need to drive as an AVON Representative. Where
possible we will try and allocate you an area within walking distance,
and of course you can still sell to your neighbours, family and friends.
What is the difference between an AVON Representative and an AVON Sales Leader?
As an AVON Representative you find and serve your own customer base.
Your commission is based on your customers orders. If you become a
Sales Leader you recruit, train and coach the next generation of AVON
Representatives, they will each earn their own commission and you will
also earn a life long commission from their orders.
